SIMPLY BOOST BIOTICS

green smoothieSimple is often best, so for many people the easiest way to take Boost Biotics is with water or juice first thing in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped teaspoon Boost Biotics (1/2 teaspoon for children)
  • 100 ā€“ 2oomls filtered cold (or luke warm) water or organic juice

Method

  • Scoop 1 teaspoon of BOOST BIOTICS into a cup or glass.
  • Add a little water or juice, then stir with a spoon to a smooth paste.
  • Add the remaining water or juice and stir.
  • (I tend to use no more than about 100-150mls of juice for my children so that Iā€™m confident they will drink the whole lot.)
  • Enjoy immediately.
 

BANANA BOOST SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 300mls organic juice or water
  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla essence
  • 1 heaped teaspoon BOOST BIOTICS
  • 1/2 tsp honey or 2 dates (optional)
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (optional)
  • Equipment ā€“ Blender or Blender Stick

Method

  • Place frozen banana in blender
  • Add 300mls organic juice or water, vanilla essence, honey and yoghurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Poor into glass and drink immediately.
